Hi l live on a few acres of land and have a cypress hedge of around 50 trees, l think it Leyland cypress, its about 20 years old and about 10 meters tall or almost the height of a power pole. l was wondering is it OK to just let it grow outwards and upwards or should l get it cut back or pruned back, does it need to be pruned or cut back for the hedge to stay it good health and live long or does it not matter?

Unless it is approaching the power lines, I would leave it alone.
