I have this sago palm in the pot since 1999 and it had been doing very well. It produced new set of leaves every summer. Sadly it stopped producing new growth in 2016. I put some coffee grind in spring for food. but no luck. I put it on front porch where it can get some sun and some shade in spring and put it inside for winter. I made no changes for many years. I hope to see new growth in next summer, please help.

Welcome!

Have you given your Sago Palm fresh soil or fertilized since 1999?

I do use fertilizer every year. I have added some new soil some times when it got knocked down by weather. I will repot next spring and see. One thing I remember some bird nested in the pot last year but not sure if it does anything to the plant.
