How much water have they been receiving?

By the way, please try not to type in all capitals. It is often regarding as the written equivalent of shouting.

Yes, the persistent fog and haze that occurs in your area this time of year can be a big factor. But it's probably not the only factor involved. If these lilies are in pots, move them to an area where they get the brightest light possible. Also, try to locate them to catch any little breeze possible. A good place would be at the corners of a building, etc. Soil pH (acidity) can be another factor. Lilies (lilium) prefer a soil pH that is a little on the acid side, just under a reading of 7. If these lilies are planted in your garden or in pots using your garden soil, try using a good grade of potting soil. And last, provide good drainage and do not over water nor over feed.

Welcome! to the lily forum.
