Another garden exchange mystery! The leaves are surely succulent, but not one that I recognize.

My guess would be a variety of Peperomia We have many listed in the database with photos https://garden.org/plants/sear...

Thanks! Looks like Coin Leaf Peperomia (P. polybotrya) or possibly Baby Rubber Plant (P. obtusifolia)

I think it fits more with P. obtusifolia; it doesn't appear to have the heart shaped leaves of P. polybotrya.
