Holy Hanna, there is a storm overhead. Tonight I am hearing a constant rumble of thunder, it does not start abruptly. It cracks softly for a bit then gets loud for a few seconds and then cracks softly again, and goes on so softly and distantly. The sequence lasts over a minute. I thought the closer the time the thunder cracks happen, the closer the storm is to you, but this is really odd. I see no light at all. It sounds far away, and I have not seen one flash of lightning on this cloudy wet noisy night.

Any one have thunder last night. It sounds like it may be going north to me.

Some gusty winds last night here near Everett, then some hard rain, but no thunder or lightening at all. Today it is windy, trees becoming leafless.

I'm down in Woodinville area for a couple days. Heavy rain and high winds last night, flickering electricity but so far no outage. Sunny now.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.

My boys live in Everett. Glad they were not kept up.

Sounds like the storm wimped out around Olympia. The long night of little sleep is making for a rough couple days at work Rolling my eyes.
