I did have a tag for this, but I sometimes pull out the tags when re-potting and put them in an envelope, and then I get more envelopes, and then I can't remember where I put them.

It looks like one of the so-called mosaic aloes, of which there are a few. I can't help you much beyond that. It quite likely is a hybrid. Nice leaf pattern.
