Hi all,
Can you help me and my grandma to identify this beautiful, bare bush from Spain (Mediterrean)? My grandma suspect that it was ending its flowering. I'm sorry about the quality of pictures.

I agree, that's a lovely Oenothera lindheimeri; commonly called "Whirling Butterflies", "Appleblossom Grass", "Wandflower", "Gaura". I have them blooming here in my Florida garden right now too:
