Strange that one is, like (Bromeliadus manipulatus)??, seems like, someone has tampered a bromeliad with a topping of fabrics or paper, as if its in flower. But, if that is truly real blossoms, than that's will be very great... Smiling

Tofi, I was hoping that you could ID it for us. You have the most experience with tropicals.

I do think that is the real flower because of the little one underneath. I was wondering if it was something succuleent like as its sitting with a bunch of pachypodiums (I know, silly thought).

I bet it has some sort of bulb down there. Something in the Amaryllidaceae family. Excuse me, just talking to myself... Smiling

I am by no way being the most experience with tropical, just some gardener with bit more enthusiast on plants,
would also waiting for someone to ID this, yes the smaller flower, do add curiosities if it is real flower,
I'll be watching this. Smiling

It made me think of a celosia flower on a monocot plant. Could it be fasciated?
