just wondering if I could use Dr Earth's Home Grown (vegetable, tomato, herb fertilizer) on my avocado, banana and papaya tree?

You woud have to research each plant to see if the ingredients in Dr. Earth fulfills all their needs. I know Avocado need a lot of nitrogen plus some trace minerals and is usually fertilized with either avocado food or citrus food.
