According to the CoL (if I'm reading it correctly) Ceropegia circes is a synonym: http://www.catalogueoflife.org...

Wow! Ceropegia is a voracious beast. It not only ate the entire Orbea genus, but also devoured seven other genera I've discovered so far. Orbea, Quaqua, Caralluma, Boucerosia, Desmidorchis, Caudanthera, Stapelia, and Apteranthes are no more. All have been absorbed by the Ceropegia genus, and there could be more.

What have I bitten off here? I've now found 22 more genera that have been reclassified as Ceropegia. That's 30 so far. Crying
