|What type of soil do you have ?
The rocks, don't look natural.
What are all the rocks, in the flower bed ? It appears to be Plaster, or stucco ? Not good, or healthy for plants.
First, plant your curry in some potting mix, in small pot, to let it get growing good.
Now ! 😟. The hard work. Rake all those rocks out of bed.
Flood beds with water 2 or more times to flush chemicals down in soil. Would really be best, to remove 2 to 4 inches of soil.
Then, add 3 or 4 inches of compost and till it into soil.
Your plants will LOVE you for it 👍
