Hello

I have to start transferring my seedlings from their cell pack and seed starting mix to bigger pots and to potting mix. Anyone recommend a good one? I was using Dr. Earth's gold soil mixed with perlite but realized I don't like it. It seems to stay really soggy and gets very compacted, doesn't seem porous enough. I don't want to spend a fortune. Something that does the job and is fairly inexpensive.

Thank you
Carly

I use Happy Frog which you should be able to find. You can mix it with some perlite as well. Try watering from the bottom to avoid the soil getting compacted. Seems to me that most potting soils do get compacted with top-watering.
