A member posted here The thread "Thomasville citrangequat" in Plant ID forum wanting to have a Citrus hybrid added to the database. I googled and found this information for the plant which is called Thomasville Citrangequat :

edited to say: Apparently there are only 3 cultivars of Citrangequat: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
