Please, can anyone verify if these things with an oval white top on them is suppose to be part of the Cat's Claw vine? I discovered them in strategic and different places on the vine and have never seen them before. If you know what they are please let me know, I am quite perplexed..thanks!

It looks like a Green Lacewing egg. They are beneficial insects that feed on pests such as aphids.
