Great banner Cal!
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

Many thanks everyone! Smiling
Here is a bit more of the pic....I created that banner July 29, 2017.
Thumb of 2017-12-09/EscondidoCal/e0d673

I didn't start growing Cleome till 4yrs ago, but have saved the seeds ever since.
It's amazing to me how fast they grow from a seedling to 6ft in one month (or seem to).
I had some pink ones, but now just the taller purplish ones.

Considering how many seeds they produce, I'm amazed as well they don't take over.
But it only takes a few to make an impressive bloom.

Mind the the thorns, though! Very prickly stems, so I always wear gloves. Thumbs up

I'll have to grow some. I'm used to thorns, being from AZ and NM!
