How often do I need to water cactuses?
What is wrong with this cactus on picture because it is little brown?

|When your Cactus was repotted. it wasn't set in its new pot so that it is straight. Reposition it just slightly so it is straight and then tamp the soil in around it to hold it in place.
It is potted in a pot that does not appear to have a drain hole and that is not a good idea because if you add a little too much water, it has nowhere to go so it collects in the bottom of the pot where the water can rot the roots.
If you keep it in that pot, once per month add just enough water so that it gets completely dried out again within a month. You may need a wooden chopstick to make that determination.
For future reference, it is better to double-pot rather than repot.
The brown at the base of the plant is normal and not a cause for concern.
