Looking for the name of this plant. It grows on a long stalk and has odd looking flower that the green part turns black.

I added 2 more pics of this plant. It is a closer look at the stalk part and of the flower.
I want to "Thank" everyone that replied to this. I have finally found out the name. My Mom, age 83, said my Grandmother planted this plant and we never knew the name of it. It is the Turk's Turban. "Thanks."

Multiple fruit per one calyx, leaves seems in whorls of four.
Stem and leaves morph seems like those of Clerodendrum indicum. Don't know if that can grow in your area

Clerodendrum indicum would fit very well with that growth habit.
