Jan.. We really liked (Aloha Spirit ) this spring it was Dad's favorite of Joe's new intro's.. and Space Signal is wonderful have been watching it for years hoping it gets a name that one makes a stunning clump as you can see from the picture it's a must have for me also Green Grin! they will look good planted together.

Liz.. I ordered that one also if it's anything like the picture it will be stunning Smiling

One of the most anticipated here is another one of Joe's from last year have been waiting for years for it to get named love the color combination and show stalks Smiling

I have so many I'm looking forward to seeing, since I got cheated out of seeing many last summer due to that darn hail storm. It will take me most of the winter to list them all. Hilarious! Mood Ring is one of the new ones I'm hoping to see bloom.

Brad ~ You are so blessed to have a father that loves irises as much as you do! Did he introduce irises to you when you were young? Some day, please tell us the story.

I am looking forward to seeing this one bloom:

The pictures in the database show very different shades of blue, white and purple and I want to see exactly how it looks in my garden.
Mind you, if I have to move all my plants in spring, my bloom season will probably suffer as a result. But that cannot be helped.
You don't know if it will grow until you try!

Was considering it, then Marilyn's photograph sold me on it. Smiling
Superstition sent me one that already had an increase, so I am doubly looking forward to bloom. Thumbs up

Lilli ~ Why not wait until they all finish blooming, making notes as to how you would like to rearrange them. They probably won't all bloom at the same time anyway.

Arranging an iris garden by color and time of bloom looks to be quite the challenge.

I didn't list any of mine, since it will be the first year planted for most of them. I am looking forward to any blooms!

Since I was gifted a clump of Thornbird, I am looking forward to see it bloom.

Lilli ~ I ordered Absolute Treasure just a little while ago, to receive this year. It appears to be so beautiful, but pictures can only capture so much. I hope that it will be more blue than blue-violet, so we will see.

I notice that when I take pictures of flowers, sometimes it is impossible to get the true color. I was very frustrated by this on the red flowers, as they weren't even close. I tried to adjust the color to what I see, but only came close. I probably should get a better camera, as most pictures of flowers I take with my Droid phone. I do have a Canon Power Shot and I will be using it more in the future to see if I can get the colors truer. If that doesn't work, then I will have to ask Brad for advice, as he takes such beautiful pictures. Lovey dubby

I think you will be happy with how blue Absolute Treasure is. It also has superb branching.
