Need suggestions on how to rid Boston ferns of white fly eggs. What I've tried so far is 1) washed each frond with dawn soap and water waited 4 days, 2) sprayed the soil with dawn soap, alcohol and water. Now I'm waiting 3-4 days to see what happens. I have 30 ferns. The white fly eggs are noticed on the other plants in the greenhouses but they are easier to deal with.

Welcome!

Is this a commercial enterprise? The easiest way to deal with anything on a Boston Fern (and they attact a LOT of bugs) is to cut them off at pot level and let them start over.

No, it is not an enterprise. I work for Patti's 1800 settlement and grow all the flowers and plants, tend the gardens. During the winter months, tend to 2 greenhouses plus the outside gardens. Seeings that I do 90% of all this by myself any help is appreciated. I did cut them back and left just the new growth, hasn't seemed to bother the new growth.

Boston ferns are amazingly resilient. You could cut everything off and they would be fine. I cut mine down, take them out of the pots and cut them into pieces with a big knife to repot - nothing slows their growth.
