Purchased this beautiful plant last year from a local market here in Florida but they could only tell me that it was "in the siningia family". I was wondering if anyone could help me ID which one I have. Soon as I saw the blooms I was in love a found a few more that will also need id's. Unfortunately all I have are images of dead flowers since I must have upset the bloom when I repotted because they immediately withered when I moved it in to a new pot. Just a simple transfer with no soil disruption, was sadly surprised to see that reaction. Maybe someone can also shed some light on that matter?). Thanks !!

Hi Belovedhoneygirl, Welcome!

It does look like a Chirita or Primulina. I don't know which one you have but you can check images in our database for comparison:

Thanks Lin, I was certain of that but the plants seem almost impossible to id without the flower! I'll keep trying. I have a "loki" and another to id as well.

It is hard to identify without blooms. The yellow flowering one may be Chirita 'Aiko'

I think you are right, thanks for the confirmation on that one.

There are no noticeable buds now:(

Hopefully again soon! I will update this post when it blooms again and hopefully can track it down.
