This Jade was part of a gift basket so it just got potted separately in trying to straighten it bc was hanging on it's side. The base always looks dusty. Is this normal and just needs a good wiping every now and then? Or something more?
Also, a couple of leaves have dark spots on them. Best seen on this one who just turned yellow ish bc it got repotted and watered.

It may be developing powdery mildew because of the tight quarters it was previously in. These plants need good air circulation.

Any experience with the powdery mildew? I read online it does spread but it's picky. Like different kinds of powdery mildew only mess with specific species of plants. Anyway, I hit it with some 3in1 and hopefully nip this in the bud

That would be my suggestion: Spray it with fungicide. But once you get rid of the powdery mildew, it will be back without air circulation. Small fans and good spacing are the best offense against having a repeat performance.
