Pics of Thanksgiving (Halloween) cactus. It got sunburned in 2016 as you can see in the first 2 photos. It bloomed profusely but looked sickly. There were a lot of reddish and/or yellowish arms. I removed most of the longer bracts, removed it from the smallish plastic pot and repotted it into a larger glazed clay pot this past September. This may have been a no-no.
It is very healthy looking but it did not bloom this fall. It sits under a floor lamp on a timer. The light goes off automatically every evening about 22:30 and comes back on around 05:30 in the morning. I try to keep it evenly moist. During daylight hours it gets indirect lighting.
Any ideas about the blooming issue? Do you think I just need to give it more time?
