Reading, PA (Zone 6a)
This leaf just sprouted maybe 2/3 weeks ago. The hole started small and seems to be getting bigger. It is not near any direct light, and I'm afraid to move it further away...as it may not get any indirect light. Also, are these small dots anything to worry about?

Nothing to worry about at this point. Fiddle-leafed Fig leaves are rarely perfect and without imperfections. The hole is getting larger because the leaf itself is getting larger. The reddish spots are not a pest or a disease. If a lot more holes develop on new leaves, that might be a cause for concern, but I don't think that is likely.
