Puts out red flowers similar to bougainvillea. I would like to figure out what plant this is and see why it keeps losing yellowing leaves.

At first glance, I thought the red flowers on the hummingbird feeder were on the plant. Second glance: Mandevilla

I have one in a hanging basket right next to a feeder, and my hummers only use it as a perch. Smiling
