Yes, it's an incredible photo.

I also love the quote. I do love winter and fall for the same reasons. Yes, there is beauty in the other seasons, but, to me, winter is the season of the greatest possibilities.
I'd rather weed than dust ... the weeds stay gone longer.

This is a wonderful picture of winter dormancy. I think of winter as a time of rest and sleep for the earth and its inhabitants. This includes all growing plants and trees as well as hibernating creatures safely tucked away in their dens. All will awaken again in spring when warmth spreads over the land again. As the saying reads, "the whole story desn't show".
