Plant ID forum: Does anyone recognise this plant?

This leafy cutting came in a floral arrangement. It has these little structures coming out of almost every leaf - mostly on the underside in the middle of the leaf - but sometimes on the top side - and occasionally on both sides.

Its a Ruscus, possibly Ruscus hypoglossum, those are actually leaf-like phylloclades, not a true leave, and those little structure where the flower will grow. Very long lasting as floral cut leaves.

Agree. There are other species, and I have no idea how to sort them. I've taken quite a few pics of one I got in trade & put in my Mom's yard:
Butcher's Broom (Ruscus hypoglossum)

Your stems might take root, there are many anecdotes of this happening from bouquets. If so, it might also make a nice evergreen entity in your yard.
