Well, I want to see some Peony photos! Please post some! If you know the name, add it. If you don't , just say you don't

Here is a first year bloom from Shiminishiki Tree Peony. Right now last year's stem looks pitiful, but I am hoping it is liking this cold weather we are having.

What a great idea! I know it is getting closer to spring but it certainly helps to see some beauty from the past during this inactive stage. I can't wait to see a bloom from my ShimaNishiki. Here is my pic for the day, Shimane Wisteria.

Thanks LG. SA is gorgeous too! I was debating whether I should get it from Adelman this past fall when they had the sale. But I already got First Arrival and a couple of other lavender colored peonies so I had to pass on it. I love lavender/purple color flowers with yellow flowers. I planted my FA with Callie's Memories. Another beautiful S peony from my garden is Salmon Dream. I think I may get another one because this one is such a slow growing peony and it does not bloom enough for cut flowers.

I also need peony pictures! I always go to peony catalogs online just to enjoy them Hilarious! My peonies are very young, most of them were the first year blooms last summer.
Duchess de Nemours is one a few old peonies.

Wow, your pics of Chinese tree peonies are just spectacular, Yan and Littlebin! How big are the blooms of Louyang Red? They must be huge!

Anya, I love Duchess de Nemours! The blooms are so clean and fresh. They make great cut flowers.

Karen, thanks!

The blooms of Luoyang Red are not very huge, about 17 cm in diameter.

Oh my goodness, Oscar! I sure would like to know your secrets for growing such splendid tree peonies. Your tree peonies are what I aspire to replicate in my garden. Can I ask how old are the TPs shown above?

Love your Etched Salmon, Alex! I think I may have to add this one next fall. Does it have any fragrance?

Karen, I do not remember any particular fragrance from ES, but I am sure it has one. Nothing unpleasant for sure.

Yan, Blue Sapphire is stunning. I sure hope your Tree Peonies don't get frozen this year.

Littlebin, that Tree Peony is gorgeous!

Oscar, I saw your video on Facebook. It really was very beautiful.

Alex, love Red Charm and Etched Salmon. I think every Peony Garden
should have both of them!

Anya, that is a beautiful white Peony. I know you have added quite a few over the past couple of years and I hope you get a good bloom season this year.
