My Peperomia obtusifolia variegata, dubbed Gomez has started yellowing at the base leaves a few weeks ago but is still sending up new growth and flower stalks even, what's up with it? Anything I can help it with? I don't think it's too much water because I neglect the poor thing enough as is and I just moved my grow lights even closer and I don't see any improvement, it was doing fine for months too so I'm kinda stumped.

Can you post some photos? It could be as simple as the old leaves are dying.

Or getting so thirsty that it must discard the older leaves prematurely.
