Plant ID forum: This one may be easy, but I'm stumped

This is another one I saved from a floral arrangement. It was starting to grow roots so I potted it. My best guess has been something like a Cast Iron plant, but I may be way off. The leaves have reached approximately 1.5 inches wide.

Would like help, so I can determine how to treat it better.

Yes I think it's a Cordyline as well. That looks a very large pot for such a small plant.

Yes, that seems like a match. Thanks to you both for the help!

The pot is 6 inches across the top. I may have created an unintentional optical illusion; but if I need to go smaller, feel free to let me know. Confused Thumbs up
