Hello.
I have this Bella palm (or what I was told it is) for about 3-4 years, it was gifted to me.

It has gone through a lot of ups and downs but the last years it has been growing a lot of new leaves. It has also been growing these new green branch like projections with small greed pods. It has never grown this before.

I was wondering if someone can tell me what these are? I have attached an image.

You may not recognize them as such, but those are the Bella Palm's flowers and seeds. They are a sign that your Palm is healthy.

I agree, with WillC; your Parlor Palm (Chamaedorea elegans) is happy and healthy!

Just to note: Chamaedorea palms are dioecious, meaning each plant produces only male or only female flowers, so you'd have to have one of each in order to get viable seeds.

That's actually very interesting Carter. I'm going to do more research on this. And also my other house planes now that I'm here.
Thank you :)

Well done! I hope this isn't anticlimactic information but what you see at this point is about the extent of the visual excitement. This is the kind of bloom that's more about the joy of knowing your plant is happy, vs. the kind of bloom that would make the casual observer say "wow, look at the flower."
