So I'm kind of new to gardening and didn't track my planting as well as I should have. I thought I pulled this from the beets (I did plant albino beets), but it doesn't have rings, and is crisp like a radish. Can anyone help me here? Thanks!

However there is no spice at all. Could this still be a radish? Maybe I harvested a little too late?

Beet leaves and radish leaves are quite different. Do you remember what the leaves looked like?
