I think it looks good for January, but I thought raspberry plants needed a dormant period over winter to flower and produce fruit. Do you plan on keeping it potted as a houseplant?

Yes, most varieties of raspberry require something like 800 chill hours to produce.

(Just my opinion) I think the plant does not look fine. It wants to be outside either planted in the ground or in a large container and needs sunshine.

I agree with greene, not a good candidate for a houseplant.

Ok then i will do just that but i got 2 problems for now 1. Weather 2. My garden does not get as much light as my house does and if i place it in a container people might just steal it because i have no fence and this house is not mine i rent it so this might be a problem but i guess reason number 1 is the most effective have a look outside

But soon as the weather change i wull put it outside in a bigger container. Or do i need to do it now

Do you know what variety of raspberry you have? That will determine how many chill hours it needs to bear fruit. (In the house it will get none - which is actually okay for some varieties.)

Okay that variety of Blackberry does well in US zones 5-8 and needs a lot of sun. It will probably tell you more about its care on the wrapper.
