I dug up the area beside my sidewalk last spring to plant iris and since then these weeds?? and grass have been growing like mad, despite our crazy weather and me pulling them out by hand. Should I let them be or is there an easier way to get rid of them???

Thanks for the info as to what it is.....now I need to find out if I should keep it, keep pulling it, or see if there's an easier way to get rid of it - without using chemicals! Thanks!

It's a rampant weed for me. I let it go in the lawn but try to keep on top of it in the gardens...it's a tough one for sure Thumbs down
