Yes, Swedish Ivy (Plectranthus verticillatus) leaves may attain that pretty red shade in higher light or possibly with temperature changes.

Yes, Plectranthus. I'm concerned that the red color may be due to a soil pH problem. What is your water source and the source of the soil it is potted in?

I purchased it from a thrift shop, not sure about any of it. I just thought it was pretty, what do you recommend

If it was my plant, I would take cuttings. They should root well in soil (without a lot of fertilizer in it) or a glass of water. IME with this kind of plant, it's difficult to rehabilitate unhappy older roots. The cuttings should yield a nice-looking pot if you put several in the same pot. If you have outdoor gardening space, you could put the root ball in the ground in a mostly shady spot for summer and probably very surprised by the awesome new growth if it can hang on until then and get situated in the ground well.
