This is all fresh new growth on this perennial. The leaves are very large. At least a foot long and wide. The flowers are in a large umbel like Queen Anne's Lace. They are yellow I think or white? The plant hight is no more than 18 inches and has few leaves. I had it ID once I thought..... I tip my hat to you.

Hi Lesrieray, I cannot check my photo's at home as I am in Brazil at the moment. But from sight I would guess maybe Selinum tenuifolium (syn: Selinum wallichianum)?
