It could be a Comparetia. If you could use the zoom feature on your cell phone and get closer and sharper images of the flowers, this would be very helpful.

Your orchid is Comparettia macroplectron from Columbia. It needs good air movement, 60 to 80 degrees.
It prefers growing mounted on tree fern plaques, plants need good humidity and fairly low light, no direct sun. They should be kept moist and never dry out. They should not be grown soggy or too wet.
When mounted with good air movement, growers have the most success!
