My jade plant has wrinkled and some yellowing leaves on one side, how do I fix this? I watered it a few days ago, and then moved it to a smaller pot so the roots could dry out, but I don't know what caused this problem.

Were the leaves wrinkled before you downsized it? Why do you think the roots were not drying out? What condition of the roots did you observe when you repotted?

The leaves were like this before I re-potted. The roots were very thin and short, but not mushy or rotted.

If the soil had not been drying out properly for an extended period of time, then root rot is the likely reason the leaves are shriveled. Rotted roots are not able to absorb water for the rest of the plant even though water is available in the soil.

It is hard to know how badly damaged the roots are and if the plant will eventually recover.
