Hi Margie,
This was my "Top Ten" 2017 list. These were my faves as they frequently stopped me in my tracks in my garden, bloomed consistently and frequently, and were at least mostly tolerant of humid 100 degree days. :)

Nenekazi
NTAC Mia Li
Hy Suntan
Verrone's DF
Dark Magic
Midnight Moon
Dr. John E. Kaiser
Firepot
Alloway Candy
A la Mode

Honorable Mention: Wyn's Pinking of You and Ferncliff Illusion

I second Dr. John Kaiser and Firepot. Great Plants.

Have to dig out my list to get names. I can see the blooms in my mind but names escape me for now.

All my favorites wouldn't fit on a top 50 list. But off the top of my head, these would be at or near the top. And I'm sure I'm forgetting some. I'm a big fan of the larger varieties.

Top 13 would be;
Bonaventure
Vancouver
Kelvin Floodlight (very dependable)
Sir Alf Ramsey
Bella S.
Ben Huston
Maki
Islander
Vassio Meggos
AC Paint
Briggetta Aleda (Dark red, almost black cactus variety)
Kidd's Climax
LaLuna

The Edna C. because Edna Comstock was a dear friend of mine. The Edna C. was bred by her husband and named for her.
