Can you get a closer image of leaves, and tips of plant? also if you cut a leave is there any white latex exude? im thinking of Ficus sp, especially F ampelas
btw is the one you refer as raspberry the small shrub near by? if so, it is a morus sp (mulberry), but yes it is commonly sold as black berry or raspberry, a misnomer that also happened in my place

Another think that I could think of is some type of Hibiscus (there will be no sap/latex). How ever if you doubt, can grow them separately, the plant in question seem under stress (nutrition, water), if it is healthier, it could show better characteristic I guess.

Thank You! Theres no latex so maybe a hibiscus. I'll grow separately first as you suggested so it can grow better
