Back in January my Plumeria took a hit with 6 hours of below freezing temps. I knew I would have some dieback on stems. Today when I was out doing some gardening I noticed this oozing on the main growing trunks. These Plumeria are about 14' tall and the oozing is noticed starting aprox. 12" up from soil level. What steps should I take?

The news is unlikely to be good, Scott.
Stick a pin in the trunk away from the ooze, and if that too oozes brown juice you will have to cut drastically.
How are the individual branches looking?

It looks as I will be cutting them back to a few inches of the soil. The 2 (over 12') Plumeria with the white flowers yellow centers. All other Plumeria sustained no damage.
