I would wait until they start leafing out this spring - that way, you will know how far back the damage is. And, if you have another freeze this winter, the dead foliage adds some frost protection.

With repeated record high temps being recorded in Tampa in Feb, all my frostbitten plants have new growth. I have trimmed the damage and fed for a fast recovery.
