So a tragic event just occurred a few minutes ago. My cat (who uptil now had no interest in my aloe vera plant) jumped onto my plant and all its leaves broke off/ damaged. I have no leaves left. But the root is healthy. Is there a chance that the plant will regrow? Or is there no hope?

Welcome!

If the root and stem are still intact and in the pot, I suspect it will grow new leaves.
