I grow Gossard's H. United We Stand and Crimson Ninja, and if I had to choose, I'd go with Crimson Ninja. And it's on the Lily Auction right now, cheap.
Also good, and maybe my favorite, John Benz's Big Red Macaw. Strong, vigorous plants, a great performer, and it repeats; three sets of strong, wiry, three-way-branched scapes a season. Not "AHS" three-way branching, I mean a top cluster plus three long side branches coming out of the main scape, spaced from high to low, at near-45° angles. The way we used to count branches.
And finally, Wilkie's Land Of The Free. Top-notch here last year, it's first season. Big, always opens well, great saturated color.
