Maybe Anthurium plowmanii - Birds Next Anthurium.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost

There are several possibilities, like f.e. A. hookerianum and A. bonplandii. Ans now another one, A. plowmanii. Thanks anyway Smiling

I don't know which Anthurium it is but think you can eliminate the species mentioned.
A. plowmanii has red berries but they should be slighty rounded at apex.

Assuming you meant to write Anthurium hookeri, it has white berries.

A. bonplandii has purple berries, white at bottom.

A. bonplandii subsp. guayanum has reddish purple berries.

it could be A. schlechtendalii
i put a pic of it from the bot garden into DB. with the flower - it had red berries, but the cone was not so thick as yours. however when i googled it sev pics came up with much fatter cone
see here
http://www.backyardnature.net/...
https://commons.wikimedia.org/...
it's peculiar how the cone is curved sharply.
here's a pic from Kew gardens (london) with a fat curved cone too :). though the berries are very evenly shaped, not like yours. but it looks close

and this site is pretty good i think

Seems like a good candidate Sky. The description of A. schlechtendalii subsp. schlechtendalii fruit on CATE Araceae seems to match. It notes a pendant infructescence, persistent spathe (the dried spathe is clear in Ruud's pic) and "...berries bright red, obovoid to oblong to ellipsoid, rounded to acute at apex,..."
http://araceae.e-monocot.org/t...
A. schlechtendalii subsp. jimenezii has berries that are rounded at the top.

BTW aroidpictures.fr is an excellent authoritative site.

A good candidate indeed. Also thank for the website, added to my favourites,
