Any help identifying these pests that seem to latch on to Duranta (Sheena's Gold) would be appreciated. They are killing off all my plants...nothing I've sprayed seems to stop them

Based on their appearance, one possibility could be Whiteflies.

Many years ago Whiteflies attacked my tomatoes that were growing in containers on our porch. I used our vacuum cleaner hose attachment to suck them (the Whiteflies, not the tomatoes) into the canister. I don't think that is a recommended control for Whiteflies. But at least it didn't poison our tomatoes.

Welcome!

Do they move when you disturb them?
