Hello,
Does anyone know where I can get a Billy Graham Hybrid Tea Rose? I work at the Nixon Library and would love to plant one in our garden.

Thanks!

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

Sorry, thought that site would lead somewhere, @zuzu would probably be a good source.

Another source to contact: http://www.rose.org

Thanks, I tried that link and everyone they mentioned did not carry that rose. Created in1998.

That was a good link, Rj. You just had to follow it to the "Buy from" tab.

Only two of the nurseries on this list offer mail-order retail services, and Hortico is not offering it this year, so Wayside Gardens seems to be your only hope, although the Nixon Library might also qualify for a special exception from J&P Wholesale. You should also contact Armstrong. They don't ship plants directly to you, but they will ship them to an Armstrong Garden Center. There probably is one of those near you.

We cross-posted, RNGarden. I assume you already contacted all of the nurseries I mentioned. Sorry. I haven't seen that rose for sale locally in a long time.

Yes, I have spent the better half of my morning speaking to multiple vendors. I really appreciate all the help. My only option may be finding someone who has the rose and would not mind giving or selling us one. Thanks again for the help.

@RNgarden ....

I don't know if you know how to bud your own roses, or if the rose 'Billy Graham' grows well own root. If you click on the GARDENS tab of the rose page on HMF, you can send a private message to those growing the rose and they may be willing to send you cuttings for budwood or to propagate as an own root plant.
I'd rather weed than dust ... the weeds stay gone longer.
