I ordered some "Rose of Sharon" seeds about a year ago and planted this (The plant in the clay plot). I think there might have been a mix up when I got my seeds. D'Oh!
So what did I plant, and what am I growing? I'm doubting more and more that it's a Rose of Sharon. Glare
(I live in 8a and it survived outside well and stayed green throughout this winter.)
Thanks for any and all help in advance!

Definitely not Rose of Sharon. A cute little juniper, perhaps.

After looking at some google images I think you might be right. Could I have gotten a tree seed when I ordered a shrub seed?
And I don't know what to do with them if they are trees. Clip one?
