I have had this plant for at least 10 years and it has not been doing well the last year. Can you please help me identify it so I can look up proper care, because I'm not doing something right! Thank You!

Maybe a variety of Peperomia?

@Purpleinopp Tiffany is good at that variety, maybe she will pop in with suggestions. Smiling

Hi & welcome! It does look like a Peperomia to me too.

If this was given to me, I would cut the longer stems and put them in a new pot. If that makes you nervous, you could also curl some of the stems back toward the pot and allow some to touch the soil surface, which should cause new roots to form at the contact point(s). With more than 1 stem growing, there would be a lot more foliage in the future.

Thank you so so much!!! I will trim a fair amount off the end and repot as well as wrap the rest gently back over the soil!
