My chamille plant [local name] is a variety of jasmine flowers. It's rose bud like in nature, big green leaves and is a milk plant ie. if stem broke, it bleeds a milky substance.
My plant for the longest while has a black spots on the underside of the leaves - looks like moss. and brown spots on the leaves or its leaf tips as if burnt by something.
I thought it was mildew but I am not sure.
I tried so many things from water with neem oil and orange oil, to pesticide fastac with water.
I can afford for this plant to die as it's the only plant that produces white flowers in my garden.
I thin the leaves foliage and cleared the dead leaves from the base of the plant and yet the problem persists.

The leaves turn slight yellow and fall off before turning complete yellow. The black spot / moss looks like fine black specs - like how you spray paint from far, the fine spots - like that.

Please help me save my plant. I need a remedy.

Can you post some photos of your plant?

Are the blooms fragrant? Does the plant have spines or thorns? I agree, photos will greatly help in determining the issues that are going on with your plant so that we can offer suggestions as to a remedy.

My first thought was the description sounded like Sacred Jasmine (Jasminum sambac 'Grand Duke of Tuscany')

But if broken stems bleed a milky white sap I wonder if it might be a variety of Euphorbia, like Crown of Thorns (Euphorbia milii):
