Last couple days it has gotten to almost 60F. Yesterday set a new record high at 58F. Is starting to dry up the mud some what too.
I tried to get a front loader bucket of sand yesterday to fill a little hole in the drive way. All I was able to get was enough to fill a tiny hole for all the mud had me worried.

Thought sure I was going to have to dump what little sand I had got and use the bucket to push the tractor out of the mud hole.

Just wait a bit Al, we got winter storm warnings here on the west coast, so by the time it finishes on our side, it will surely head midwest. We were told it will be quite a snow maker once it hits the Sierras, so it will be much more for sure once it crosses beyond the Cascades.

Last March up here inherited the fifty some degrees we suffered in Feb. In a sad way that makes March more tolerable as we did not have the cold, wet, dirty March that is the norm up here.
We had a good chunk of snow, which we needed but right now temps are above average so it is cold humid outside.
I will be glad this year when winter is over as I will not have to listen to the asinine pathetic whining talking heads the newsroom now is.
If I was as rich as Bill Gates I would offer them each a million bucks to go get a job in some other state.

Winter storm warmings today.Predicting 3 to 6 inches of snow. March is to come in like a lion.
Set two high temp records Tuesday and Wednesday.

I don't put up with those silly TV primdonas, As soon as they start all their winter whineing crap I start sending E Mails to the station and make suggestions they hire people that can get their head out in the sun and relize they live in MICHIGAN a 4 season state. If those primadonas want to whine tell them to move to AZ for real heat and leave us alone who like winter.

I even write to sponcers and tell them I will not buy products to suppost TV stations where they hire whiners and live in a state that has winters. Also encourage my friends to do like wise. Usually stops the whineing real quick.

I tell them like it really is I can get the news off the internet, same with the weather and not listen to a bunch of whiners.

Any way if we get even 6 inches of snow today it won't last to long with temps back in the 40's Friday.

Storm here now on our side, but we are getting more of the light winds, rains intermittent. The higher elevations have blizzard warnings expecting about 3 to 6 feet of snow.

Storm held off till late afternoon 2:30 or abouts. Yes it had snowed off and on all day but wasn't heavy enough to stick.
But around 2:30 it started comeing down so hard it was hard to see very far and so wet and heavy power was lost in many areas and lots of down trees from the weight.

We only have about 3 inchs I am guessing. will get out and get pictures soon.

High today is forecast at 39F so the snow should go quick.
